Cancellations

We follow a strict cancellation policy. If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours there’s a £10 charge per person if the table cannot be resold. Please note unfortunately this includes cancellations under any circumstances, including covid. This is so others are able to enjoy their experience at Potters. If the party doesn’t show within 15 minutes of the booked time then we have the right to resell the table.

Bookings & Special Occasions

To make an evening reservation direct please use the Book Now button above or call us on 01288 358466. If you’re celebrating a special occasion or you have any dietary requirements, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please let us know if you require extra space for a wheelchair. Due to the layout of the restaurant we are only able to allow parties over then 6 on some occasions, please get in contact if your party is larger than 6. Your table will be allocated a time of 2 hours. If you would like to enjoy your table for longer than the stated time, please let us know upon booking.

At Potters, we take great pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food in our kitchen. We want to make sure that everyone can enjoy our delicious meals, which is why we ask that you let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, please be aware that our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients and we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free of allergens. By placing an order with us, you agree that you have read and understand our allergen policy and that you will inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.

Our menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive to keep our menu and pricing information as accurate as possible, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and may refuse or cancel orders placed for menu items with incorrect prices or descriptions. Thank you for your understanding.

Animals

No dogs are allowed in the restaurant, however we welcome well behaved dogs in our drinks and cocktail lounge. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog as we have limited suitable tables.
